Eight for Eight!

Varazs Vizslas has 3 birthdays in June!  Yesterday, one litter turned six and today, the eight puppies from our 2006 litter turn 8! 
Hence, 8 for 8!

Happy 8th Birthday to our 2006 litter born June 17th.  The 8 puppies turning 8 are:  Lucy 1, Lucy 2, Nika, Ruby1, Lloyd, Tessie, Tucker and our Tyro . They are out of Am/Can/Int'l Ch Kizmar Touch of Evil CD RE JH (Hudson)  and our  Nova (CH Ferngold Varazs Innovation Can/Am CD, FDJ, JH, Can/Am RA, Am RE, Am RAE, CGN.)  Many people mistake Tyro for a puppy because of his high energy and youthful appearance!! He doesn't have much grey hair except for a bit under his chin.

Back to back birthdays

We have two litters with back-to-back birthdays this month.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

On June 16th, we celebrate the fourth birthday of our Miska-Ozzie litter - 2 girls and 4 boys born June 16, 2008.  They include: Diva, Piper, Andras, Blaze, Gunner and Quest. 

On June 17 2006, our litter of 8 puppies was born to our beloved Nova and sired by Ch. Kizmar Touch of Evil (Hudson).  They turn six today.  Here's a photo of the puppies at 43 days of age.  The pups are: Nika, Lucy 1 and Lucy 2, Ruby, Lloyd, Tessie, Tucker and Tyro.

Not long ago, I received some recent photos of Nika (CH Varazs Edes Veronika) who is a beautiful and talented Vizsla out of my Hudson-Nova breeding born June 2006.  Last year, she acquired a new fur-friend named Ginny, a Brittany Spaniel bred by my friends & field trainers, Donna and Mike Wilshire of Ruffwood Brittanies.  The photos of Nika and Ginny were taken by Matthew Scott who owns Nika.  Nika is a littermate to my dog, Tyro.

Puppies turn 4!

Happy 4th Birthday to Lloyd, Lucy 1, Lucy 2, Nika, Ruby, Tessie, Tucker (formerly Chili) and Tyro from our Hudson-Nova litter born June 17, 2006. 

Nova was bred to Am/Can CH Kizmar Touch of Evil JH RN ("Hudson). This was our Nova's second and final litter. There were 8 puppies in this litter, 4 girls and 4 boys. I'm happy all the puppies from that litter are celebrating a birthday. Woo-hoo!!!
